I had my appointment and procedure scheduled with Dr. Barrier and Western Carolina Digestive in Franklin, and was very anxious.My experience was that all of the staff were exceptional and very knowledgeable, caring and professional. Everyone made me comfortable, answered my questions and made sure I was informed. The anesthesiologist, Chris, was awesome and provided excellent care. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
I always have a positive experience at Dr. Stack’s office. He, his PA Ricky, and all his staff are competent and caring, and they take time to hear my concerns and thoroughly answer my questions.
Had a good experience here. I think highly of Dr. Stack and feel that he really cares about his patients. I appreciate the time he took to explain things to me. The nursing staff is professional and comforting.
“I was a bit early for my appointment and was still taken in right away. The staff was beyond my expectations. No flippin’ paper work, no song and dance…. Just get comfortable in a warm room with warmed blankets and hooked up for the procedure. The nurse was outstanding and very efficient. The Doctor came in and went over the procedure with me and my wife. Asked if we had questions and he was great to speak in layman terms and made us comfortable with answering any questions.
The staff in the procedure room were the best. Comfort for me was their priority. They talked me through everything they were doing as I was being led to sleep. When I woke, same crew in my room and was greeted with a bottle of water and a cup of coffee. The Doctor came in and explained his findings so we could understand them and made suggestions as to what is next (All good news by the way). As I am making this review early the following day, I received a follow up call from the office checking on me after the procedure.
Everything was wonderful… I don’t know how I could suggest anything to improve this service.”
