Your final arrival time comes from the nurse's confirmation call
The arrival time discussed at your office visit is an estimate only. About one week before your procedure, a nurse will call and give you the final, official arrival time. Please follow the time provided during that call.
How to choose the correct prep instructions

Find your prep name
Use only the prep brand prescribed by your care team.

Check your procedure time
Use the scheduled procedure time, not your arrival time and not the time you begin drinking the prep.

Open the matching document
Choose the before-noon or noon-or-later button for your prescribed prep.
Important: AM and PM refer to your scheduled procedure time. They do not mean Part 1 and Part 2 of your prep. Choose AM if your procedure is before noon. Choose PM if your procedure is at 12 PM or later. If you are unsure, contact our office before beginning.

Important Procedure Information
- Use the nurse-confirmed arrival time. The time discussed at your office visit is only an estimate. A nurse will give you the final arrival time during the confirmation call about one week before your procedure.
- Endoscopy patients may be scheduled outside regular office hours.
- Procedure-day timing can change as our team safely cares for each patient. You may be asked to arrive earlier, and occasional delays can occur.
- If you are unsure which prep or time-based document to use, contact our office before beginning your preparation.
