Biography

For more than 30 years, Dr. Philip Stack has served families across western North Carolina with a patient-first approach rooted in advanced endoscopic skill and compassionate presence. After earning his medical degree at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine, he completed both his internal-medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine before co-founding Western Carolina Digestive Consultants.

Outside the office, Dr. Stack is an avid outdoorsman and hobbyist. He enjoys beekeeping, bird-watching, traveling, and spending time with his family.
